Professional service, looks after all my vehicles. I no longer visit the stealership anymore!! Sadiq is the real professional, provides excellent customer care, he is proactive, safety oriented, and provides the best solution only using quality parts. He goes above and beyond, or as some say, he goes the extra mile! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!!

Owner of the place was very rude & racist, I called before coming for my vehicle diagnosis and to get the estimate. I waited for almost an hour, Sadiq (the owner) did not even respond to me. He attended his other regular customers while I was waiting for it, unfortunately I left the place after waiting. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to Unprofessional Behaviour.

We were in desperate need of a mechanic to fix our work vehicles a couple of years ago. We approached Sadiq and he was more than happy to take on our fleet of vehicles. The customer service is astounding. Our vehicles are always in need of fixing or just servicing and he goes above and beyond to make sure we have our vehicles back as quick as possible. We have never had a issue with pricing he has always been fair. We have developed from the start a good business relationship. I would recommend Sadiq to anyone.Virginia

I've been going to Sadiq for years even before he opened Paradigm. Never had a problem or issue. Great service and honest work.Always gave me the estimate up front and never gouged me on parts. All the information with a clear breakdow is always provided. Only the work that is need is done and nothing extra to make a few bucks.Other than warranty work, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else or to anyone else.

*Update April 2022*Do not waste your time at other shops, Paradigm is the BEST around. I had 3 cars which required engine jobs and engine out services. Within 1 week, everything was done, on time, under budget. He had bills sent to me via email, broken down by car and easy to read. I was not gouged on parts or labour. I was offered drop off service and a loaner vehicle. Sadiq is man of his word!Engine replacements/transmission jobs/engine out services/regular maintenance.These are some of the jobs Paradigm has done for me over the years. Good prices, good people. Keep up the good work!
