We brought our energetic and wild puppy Molly here for the first time and we loved it! The staff were so friendly and kind and they really showed that they love what they do. They called halfway through the appointment to give us an update as well. They were able to give our little Molly a haircut we didn't think was even possible because of her wild energy. Thank you so much!! We will be back!!

These ladies take excellent care of our 110 lb Bernedoodle. He doesn't usually like the groomers, but he loves going to Dogge Dip & Clip. Their flexibility with getting a quick nail clip is much appreciated.

Over 5 hours they had my dog. Dropped her off at 12, at 4pm they had not even started her hair cut. 0 communication, no apologies etc. The hair is multiple different lengths, as well as razor burn a cut to the skin. I was hoping it was a positive experience where I could bring both of my dogs regularly, but with such a poor first experience there's no way I'd make another appointment. Also they do not let you inside the business so there is no way to verify the cleanliness and practices of this grooming salon.

I've been to the Dip and Clip last week. All the other grooming places were booked and I have brought my 8-month-old puppy to this shop. When I first called them, they said their water is not working and after a couple of minutes, they told me that they have enough water for one more dog. So I took my puppy to the shop. Grooming was done in 90 minutes. However, when I got him back, his eye still had gunks on his eye. Also, the puppy had a lot of hair on him, it left hair all over my car. I was disappointed and called them to ask if he got the bath. The answers were yes, they bathed him. Which I don't believe. Anyhow this was just the beginning of the problem. I saw his eye once we get back home. His eye were all red, I had to take him to the vet. Luckily his eye was okay, but I will not return to this place again.

We have been taking our two standard poodles to Doggie Dip & Clip for years. They do a wonderful job, and the boys are happy each time they come home. Good quality grooming, professional, and nice to deal with. I would recommend this groomer to anyone in the area.

I asked for trimming, they just fully shaved my dog, if someone really want that kind of cut why they have to go to pet groomer I could have done this at home. Also they knew they messed up but rather than apologizing they wanted me to pay first then they showed me my dog .. never going there… they just ruined my dog’s look
