10/10 customer service and technical know-how from Ben. The motor on my heat pump unit died and he was quick to give me a quote and come to my home to do the repair. Even went above and beyond by including maintenance on the unit.Very honest, transparent and sharing in his knowledge - I never felt he was trying to scam or overcharge me. Seeing the work involved I feel what I paid was very fair.He’s now on my permanent contact list in case I have other issues in the future.Et voila!

I needed to replace a Heat Pump going back to last Fall...had 3 prices, awarded job...then cancelled it b/c they wouldn't be able to do it, as they said. Fast forward to 2021...repeated earlier process.....Ben refrigeration was referred this time around........Thank You!!I deal with contractors (daily) and knew immediately I would award Ben refrigeration the job.Happy with the install and look forward to his next install at a different property. Ben is just awesome! Reliable, trustworthy and will find the problems for you and will find you solutions for you to choose from. I was looking for repairs for my store but no one wanted to come since im in a university located store but when i called the 6th contacts on google, it was Ben and he gladly came to see the situations rapidly, i couldn't ask foe better service since i really needed those repairs done ASAP. I highly recommend if you need a reliable repairman and ill keep his contact in my books for regular maintenance for sure. Well done with my repairs!
