Shoppers Drug Mart

This Shoppers Located at 3490 Innis employees a poor quality of employee that does a poor job of representing their Employer. Sadly I walked into this location to return a few items purchased over the Holiday's, very few people in the store at this time. As customary I waited my turn to be served, upon arriving at Jamila's cash, she was not in the mood to process any returns, so she refused to serve me, pushed me aside (not a literal push) so she can continue to do nothing but stand around looking at her Electronic device. She called to the front another associate who has no front cash access, there by further wasting my time. I would use the title Customer Service Rep, however, that is not a Title this woman should have. Shoppers Drug Mart needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring, as this poor class of employee currently on staff, does nothing more that bring down this Business with their poor Customer Service skill. This Staff Member Jamila obviously does not appreciate her position/employment and should therefore be given the opportunity to find meaningful work/employment elsewhere. I give Credit where credit is due. There is no Credit due for poor workmanship/poor Customer Service, to employee's like Jamila.

Terribly incompetent, poorly-trained, and uncaring Canada Post counter. The worst I've ever encountered.Had a family member take an international shipment here. The international address confused the counter agent, and I had to talk to them on the phone to educate them on the fact that some international address formats are not the same as Canada, and explain what each section represented so that they could fumble their way inputting it into the system.While still on the phone, this agent then provided me with 3 shipping prices and options ALL with tracking.Family member returned with receipt and there was NO tracking number and no copy of the customs declaration.I called the counter back within the hour, asking where the tracking number was, and the counter agent lied saying there is no tracking

I went looking to buy a refill for my favourite elf concealer and was happily greeted by this new elf stand!! I love the company and i’m so happy they have more of their products now. I also picked up nose patches, hair elastics, and a beauty blender which all had a lot of options for which ones I wanted. Since it’s now Easter time they have all of their Easter things so I grabbed some eggies chocolates!! I love shoppers and this by far is my favourite location I’ve been to.

One of the best shoppers I've been to, in all of Ottawa! I talked to the nicest employee named Mira. She helped me browse around in the perfume section. She help me look for moisturizers, and had patience with me when I didn't know what I wanted. She was very honest and knew her information about each and every product. I appreciate all the work she did for me today! Rating this Shoppers five out of five due to my experience with her :)

I called in about a purchase made earlier to query a price. The cashier, Rachel abruptly told me to come in with the product and was not prepared to assist me further. When I said I would speak to the manager she decided to take down the barcode of the product and put me on hold. After 48 minutes, I was still on hold and she didn't even have the common decency to get back to me on the phone to let me know the price. I don't recommend this pharmacy because of the horrendous customer service.

I've used this pharmacy for years and till now it was okay, definitely not trying to go the extra mile (quick to switch med to generics without asking), but okay.My child got diagnosed with a life-threating, severe condition. 1. 1. When I dropped off the prescription, they refused to give me one of the insured item (which they were holding in there hand!) right away. I was supposed to wait 30 minutes for them to do their computer paperwork (my son and insurance are known to them for years). 2. When we picked up, they had switch some prescribed products to another one, which was NOT compatible with the med tool we used. They tryed to have my husband switch tool to use the refill they had given us! He refused and they refunded the wrong product and gave us back the right one. 3. They mistakenly claimed the prescription under my husband's name, which of course denied it and they couldn't figure it out (our insurance told us that). So we had to pay upfront $800 in meds that should have been covered by our insurance right away. What if we couldn't at all? 4. They were just very dismissive and casual about the situation. Not compassion, no humanity. Just procedures and computer incompetence they had no apparent will to fix.By the way, they helped themselves with $108 in dispensive fee" for ONE prescription

Pharmacy is horrible. Multiple occasions I had horrible service and now something beyond not acceptable...I will never go again.My doctor called them to get my son a prescription that's needs to be taken within 72hrs. We go to pick up and they said they had nothing on file...and because it's a Friday and my Doctor's office was now closed we had to go to Cheo since it's time sensitive. One week later Shoppers calls us to say the prescription was ready lol....we said it's too late we needed it last week.

Nobody works here. Self checkout only. I accidentally bought a 2 day expired carton of cream. That legally should not even be on the shelf. It's ok though since nobody was working I just walked in and took another and left.

Pharmacy made me wait twice as long as the initial time promised. Eh, promises are made to be broken. Noticed that for the entire store (especially the one barely restocked/taken by consumers/bottom shelves) is covered with a layer of dust. This also includes the books and magazines.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy here for many years. I have always had amazing service and in particular have had the opportunity of being personally assisted by Jason and Nick on numerous occasions. All I can say is I have been nothing but impressed with the knowledge and professionalism shown by all the pharmacy team members. They always go above and beyond anytime it's required. I don't usually do reviews but I have had such great service consistently I thought I should do so. I am also trying to make a point of letting people know that they're appreciated more often. It's important to let people know when they are doing a great job. I have never been disappointed as far as service at this Shoppers Drug Mart.
