Definitely meant for families with kids, as it's based around children's activities. The main area of the campground is very busy and packed on the weekends. For a slightly quieter experience consider the camp sites closest to the park entrance, or the Ranger Smith or Cindy Bear cabins that are a little off to the corner of all the main activities.

The kids had an absolutely fabulous time, and thus so did we. They loved the giant bouncy pillow, the pool, and the duck races (which could use a little TLC). The arcade was fun and reasonably priced but half the games were out of order by the end of the weekend. The extra activities taking place all day were also great. Next time, I'll bring their bikes. Didn't need bug spray because there were very few biting insects (except on the nature trail, which was short but beautiful). I'd also pack less meals and just eat at the canteen, but bring plenty of healthy snacks to even out the greasy foods offerings. Ear plugs were essential for sleeping because the place is loud and everyone is packed in close together. Overall a very successful weekend and we will be back!

While this is a great family campground, many places within it are not designed for people with different abilities. One example is the Ranger Station. In order for a person using a wheelchair, they have to go past the station, into the private driveway area and then around to the front door. Upon reaching the door, it is clear that it doesn't open by itself or even have a button to push. The door is hard to open and it is very hard to stay safe on the very small walkway area. As you have spent so much money on a new pool, and other such items (bouncing pad) this should be a fix that you make ASAP. How about just a ramp. EVERYONE would have equal access then. Then you can also look around at the older buildings (Rec hall, Stage) and see that more Universal Design (UD) spaces are needed. EVERYONE SHOULD BE INCLUDED.This is written by a camper that does not have a disability. Seeing the lack of UD at the campground is very sad and will impact my return and the recommendations I make to other families.

What a great family camping park! They have plenty of activities for kids and , later in the evening, for adults. The staff that welcomed and oriented us were friendly helpful. Nothing we needed throughout the weekend couldn’t be found within the park. With firewood being available from a cart that was always around like an icecream truck. Most impressive to me, and I can not stress this enough, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Even though the park was full, I never waited more. Than a few minutes and they are private. Shower and all. The cherry on top of one of our young sons first family camping trip. A valued memory made perfect.

Too crowded for our camping preferences but great for those that have little kids.

First off the kids absolutely love this place. We hot 2 or 3 times a year. We are a 3hr drive from the campground, but its well worth it. Everyday has a schedule of events which u can do or not do. The pool is great and has life guards on duty. The staff are always amazing and they make sure the kids are have the best time!

What a breath of fresh air! We stayed here over the may long weekend and everything surpassed our expectations. Everything was very clean, staff was always on the go cleaning bathrooms, tending to the pool and tidying the grounds. The live band was amazing. We had a RV lot and the sizes were larger compared to other places we have been. We will be back :)

We enjoyed our stay over the past weekend, loved the creativeness of activities for all the kids!! Only thing we didn't enjoy is finding out after checking in with our RV that the dump station is gone and they directed us to go dump behind the Mall in town :(. We will know next time to book a 3-way site instead
