Counter Corner

I have purchased and paid for two counter Tops. I also provided the company with two new under-mount sinks that I bought and paid for at another location. I have been calling and visiting this company for four weeks and have not received a callback, nor has it reached out to me to address my concerns. I searched the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy records that revealed no information for 1978 to 2022-04-04, based on their company name.If a family issue has impacted this company, I certainly would be open to understanding and moving forward upon notification. However, if this is a case of very poor service, I will continue with the BBB and Mastercard complaints.

Absolutely horrendous. We ordered countertops in the fall for a kitchen reno. Kitchen reno was finished but we were stuck waiting on countertops. They were delayed over and over. Pushing late November we are still being re-assured that they will be there in time. No need for a refund or to try another company. Finally in early December, while on a family trip we're stuck on the phone with counter corner daily trying to get an answer. We ended up re-ordering the countertops from a second company (those arrive within 2 weeks). After all the run-arounds, disrespectful behaviour and then finally having the countertops arrive weeks late they refuse to give us a refund. No apologies.As a final nail, they promised to hold on to our countertops for us and cut then when ever we were ready. Or at least until they quit the laminate countertop business and cannot provide any assistance with our countertops. Still no help or offer of a refund. Just come pick them up and find your own solution.They demonstrated time and time again that they do not care about their customers. They will take your money and do the absolutely minimum for you. Buyer beware there are lots of better local options.

I ordered and paid for a counter the beginning of February. I have been calling every day for over a week and there has been no answer. They have not returned my calls.

I cannot get through to the company after paying for my counter top in full.
