Clinique Curel-Med

My family medicine physician wrote a referral for me to see a specialist. I waited patiently for eighteen months to receive a phone call from Mary to book an appointment at Clinique Curel-Med.After waiting all that time to receive a call, our phone conversation lasted less than 3 minutes. At which point she tells me you seem to have an attitude problem" and then she hangs up the phone.I assure you that she is the one with the problem and I would suggest that the Doctors from this clinic take a look at her way of talking to and dealing with patients and her conduct. I would say that she is a very poor reflection of the service from this clinic and is extremely rude and inconsiderate. This is the first time that anything like this has happened to me.Eighteen months have elapsed and still no appointment...back to square one."

Please avoid for ALL gynecological issues.If you want anything IUD related, go to Clinic Femina on Berri. The people there are caring, professional and incredible. AND they use local anesthesia prior to inserting the IUD.

Dr Khaled is the worst Gynecologist I've ever seen.He decided on a diagnosis within 2 minutes of meeting me, he did not ask me any questions about my health and symptoms and he did not examine me in any way. On top of that, he could barely communicate with me in English.When I tried to discuss my symptoms and ongoing problems in detail, he claimed not to understand me and dismissed me from his office.I also have to confirm that the receptionist was an absolute disgrace. Not only to me but to others waiting in line. She was INCREDIBLY rude to me and was INCREDIBLY condescending and patronizing to a young Asian girl that came in after me and struggled a little with her language.I couldn't believe what I was witnessing it was THAT bad.This place is awful. Don't waste your time and money.

II been 10 years in this CliniqueI tell my self it will be better and the service will change ,I see Dr Khaled he gave me prescription for échographie ,he did physical examinationAnd my family Dr ,he left for 4 years never see him beforeSo it nice CliniqueBut need to improve service

Extremely efficient, courteous,knowledgeable and quick!! All staff were so polite and welcoming. Facility is very clean. Receptionist is approachable, helpful,warming and knowledgeable. She offered extra information in regards to specialist physicians available onsite. I was able to have the appointment for dermatology immediately following my original appointment. I absolutely recommend this facility. I'm extremely grateful to have found them!!

My appointment with Dr Korsieporn was at 10:10am and I was seen at 10:30am. He is a kind and calm physician. The receptionist was very helpful to find me a derm apmt 3 days after my referral. The nurse was also very nice. The reviews are rough. I would refer friends and family there. The decor is weird but I will let you judge for yourself.

My insurance company offers a free tele medecine service so I was referred to this clinic. I went to take off an IUD and put an other one. It was 3rd IUD installation. Since I had some problems (headaches, uterine pain, etc,) and that I’m getting older, I wanted to know if it was still a good idea to get a UID. When I asked my question to Dr. Khaled, he looked at me for few seconds, never answered and tell me to proceed to get ready to get my IUD. He then did not numb my cervix (which is something that was done at the installation/removal of my 2 previous IUD. I know this for a fact because I never felt that much pain before (it’s painful, but not that much during the procedure). It was so bad that once I left, i lost consciousness during the ride home and vomited heavily once home due to the pain. He even proceed to told me quite rudely to relax even though I was in a great deal of pain. Thanks to the nurse who held my hand the whole time and seemed to understand something was not right. I think I was his last appointment of the day before the weekend so he was just fed up and wanted to leave. I did not received any follow up appointment for 3-6 months later as I was with my 2 previous UID. I did not felt listened to by the doctor I was assigned to. I had never felt such great pain before, I will never go back to this clinic even if it was a life or death situation.

I called here to make an appointment. Machine picked up on the first call but it was during lunch. I called again after and got the receptionist. Unfortunately they don't provide the service I was looking for the the receptionist was incredibly sweet and provided contact information for a place that would be able to help me

I feel it’s important to write good reviews too. Contrary to what some have mentioned about the receptionists , my experience was pleasant so far. Dorothy took the time to not only pick up my call but her EFFICIENCY was “HORS PAIR”she instantly scheduled us and provided me with all the necessary information in preparation to our upcoming appointment. As for Christi, she got back to us after hearing a voice message I had left over the weekend not knowing that Dorothy already scheduled us. THIS to me shows at the very first level that they take the TIME, that they FOLLOW UP and CARE for their patients. First impression is key, and they both made a GREAT ONE!

Does anyone actually answer phones in this clinic? Both times I've called no one answered and I had to leave voicemail. It says they'll call you back within 48hrs. Second time they haven't even bothered calling back.Update: I called back again when no one returned my call and actually got through. After a long hold, the receptionist was very helpful so I changed my rating. Will see how the appointment goes.
