Dakota was great! We just moved into a new-to-us home that had a furnace filter that was like a thick blanket covered in dust. I called around and the purair team was able to come the next day! Other shops were telling me they are booking into April - 3 months away.The technician, Dakota, arrived on time and educated me on the process. Talked me through it showed me thinks along the way - like a mouse he found in one of the ducts. gross!So glad to have the dust, dirt and grime gone and out of our house!

We had our air ducts cleaned by Modern Purair and we are very happy with their service. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They removed a lot of dust, dirt and debris from our air ducts. They showed us before and after pictures. We can tell they did a good job because we haven't noticed as much dust in our house since they left. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting their air ducts cleaned, or any other service they provide.

Dakota cleaned our ducts and dryer vents today and provided excellent service. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain what he would be doing and gave us a detailed quote, frequently asking if we had questions. After he was finished he went through the invoice item by item, making sure we were comfortable with the bill. And we surely were. We would hire PURAIR again in a second, such was the level of professionalism they exhibited.

Alton did an excellent job! He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He advised us on our system and only did the areas that required servicing. I truly value a company that is honest in its dealings and not just trying to get money from me. We will use them again in the future!

Kevin D. was out last week to service our furnace & vents. He was on time, super friendly yet very professional, and he took the time to explain everything that he would be doing. He was so good with our dog and actually got down on the floor to greet him...it put our fur-baby at ease immediately. I was so impressed with this guy...he wasn't pushy with up-sells yet he explained the many benefits of their products. He was super comfortable and easy to be around...if I could give him 10 stars I would! We will ask for Kevin D. to come back next time for sure. You've got an outstanding employee here, Modern Purair Fraser Valley!!

I am absolutely blown away with the service I received from PURAIR Fraser Valley. Kevin was my technician. He was on time, explained everything in detail, went over his findings and was beyond professional. When cleaning my dryer vent, he also found a wasp nest forming. He acted quickly and dealt with it right away. Definitely above and beyond. I also have a very nervous dog in the home and Kevin was so kind with her that she barely got stressed during the work. Pricing was very reasonable and everything was discussed ahead of time before delivering the service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for vent/duct cleaning.

Great experience, start to finish. The rep for the initial booking by phone was extremely pleasant and thoroughly explained the process. Communication leading up to the appt was excellent. Alton and Dave provided fantastic service in a professional and friendly manner. Outlined all work to be done and we’re extremely transparent with the pricing. Highly recommend Modern PURAIR - they truly ‘get it’.
