Best service ever. Thanks to Kelleway Mortgage Architects my partner and I had a very smooth, easy experience getting a mortgage for our very first home. I asked a million questions and Jesse was there for us every step of the way, going above and beyond every time. Her thoroughness and patience was really appreciated as we didn’t know much when we started the process. We learned a lot from her and she got us an amazing mortgage rate. Thanks to Glen and team for their help and support all around. Our realtor was very impressed with how quick they were able to process everything. We’re located on Vancouver Island but that didn’t affect the experience whatsoever (they are based on the mainland) and we are already recommending friends to go through them for their mortgage. Glen and Heather worked tirelessly to help us secure funding for our dream home out of province. Our home purchase was a particularly challenging one, as it all took an unexpected turn when our seller passed away two weeks before closing back in May 2022. 5 months later, probate was finally granted, and inflation had created many issues securing and resecuring funding. Lenders become much more scrutinizing when interest rates skyrocket due to inflation. :)But we were impressed with Glen and Heather throughout the process.
