Wonderful customer service. Loved that I was able to communicate by phone. Left a message and received a call back within the hour. Love supporting local businesses. Quick turnaround!..within days. And received notice it was on its way. Received in a lovely white box next day. The embroidered bunny is perfect!! Very soft a decent size. Lettering as ordered….do not hesitate to order from these folks. Can’t wait to give this to my friends grand baby girl!
