Hero Certified Burgers
Got food poisoning from cheeseburger with mushrooms. Clerk taking order was picking her nails and then went to the back to help prepare food. No gloves worn while preparing food. Never going back . Coke from machine was flat.

Pick your protein, pick your bun, pick your toppings & pick your side.I stopped in for a burger combo today.They do offer a make it a combo" option.You can see from the receipt what was ordered and what was charged. I find this somewhat on the expensive side. The quality was decent but kind of mediocre. The first thing I noticed was greasy burger. It does have some flavour and it was a decent size but it was a grease burger. The fries were good though not fantastic. The pop out of the fountain was fantastic. Right balance of water

I got the meatless crispy chicken sandwich, it tastes amazing and it was customized for me, with some jalapeño peppers and pickles. BEST BURGER EVER!! Will be coming back soon :)

Amazing burgers!Got the Signature Burger, and an Action Hero burger.The signature is a bit more standard sized, just a great burger without too much fluff, shows off the great taste of the Hero sauce and the beef.Sesame bun is fresh and delicious.The action hero burger is really something! Packed with guacamole, an Onion ring, bacon, and delicious smoked Cheese.It's oozy and very flavorful.The fries are wonderful, slightly salted, fried to perfection.I ordered through Uber Eats and asked for business cards for my collection, they were happy to oblige, and service was very fast!

Started off trying to call and make an order, ended up going to the restaurant, because how long can a burger wait be? While waiting I heard the phone ringing at least 10 times, not one employee even looked at it.35 minutes later when I actually get the 2 burgers I ordered, I had to remind them I had 2 milkshakes too, another 10 minutes, while the food gets cold and soggy that they gave me; no apology. So 45 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes.Get the food back to work (literally 3.5km, no lights, 1 stop sign), all the buns have gone to so soggy they fell apart out of the wrapper. The crispy" fries were softer then a bowl of porridge

Was not happy with the presentation of the Smash burger I ordered. The picture showed a patty hanging out of the bun and all I got was a kids burger. It had no flavor. The circumference of the bun is bigger than the patty. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Been eating there a lot recently. Very happy with the service. Food is always fresh and tasty. And more importantly staff is fairly pleasant and nice.

Went in there last night and was turned away because it's too busy" and the girl working there was so rude and inconsistent with her stories and reasons. Terrible service. Google said it is open until 4am

The burgers are absolutely delicious. I had 2 hero certified burgers with sweet potato fries and ancho chipotle sauce on the side with fountain.Compliments:Taste: Absolutely delicious.Look: Served right 2 nicely built burgers with the with just the right finesse.Sound: The patty was moist and juicy with the right amount fo crisp.Service: Excellent service by the lady in kitchen.Complains:Attention to owner:- The guest WIFI doesn't connect. I tried using 2 different phones.- The Hero Burger App doesn't recognize this store during search and I can't order from online to this store. Please contact corporate office.- The fountain drinknis standard despite the good quality of food and service. Please update your fountain drinks with the flavour options similar to other hero burgers.Despite all this I still gave you a five star because of food quality and service.My order:Burger 1- 4 oz. Patty, regular sesame bun, Canadian cheddar, crispy onion, lettuce, jalapeno, Hero certified sauce and ancho chipotle sauce.Burger 2, - 4 oz. Patty, regular sesame bun, Canadian cheddar, crispy onion, lettuce, extra Hero certified sauce, mayonnaise and ancho chipotle sauce.Sides: Sweet potato fries with ancho chipotle sauce and drink.
