The coffee here is delicious, the food is always made with care, and the customer service is awesome. My go to Tim Hortons for this area!

Came in to order lunch and got the wrong order. We were made to pay more money to get the food we initially ordered. Not clean. This location should not carry the Tim Hortons name. Attached is a photo directly over where the food is being prepared as well as publicly posted employee incentives. Highly recommend this place be looked after properly and till then do yourself a favour and stay away. Check other photos and reviews before visiting.

For some reason this store can't make my steeped tea properly. Every time they get it wrong. Today I watched as she poured coffee in and I said something so she remade it and I was long gone before I noticed it was made with cream and not milk...

guy working was quite literally on his lunch when he took my order, was eating while making the food. asked for a coffee with sweetener and no dairy, he gave a straight black coffee. bagel was shoddily prepared with a cream cheese ratio that would make a grown man cry

Some guy named saurabh spoke so rude. I dont know why he spoke like this. He might be new here. but he should learn some manners. his way of speaking is so rude. and with that he didn’t made the order according to instructions and he was in so hurry.

Good, well cooked food. No eggshells in my breakfast sandwich, which is a first for me at a timmies. Bacon & eggs cooked perfectly as well. A little slower customer service which I thought was alright, given that most of the staff were new hires. Kind of dated interior and a little dark inside, but not bad.

Staff here is very rude. Girl with the glasses has a really bad attitude. I just simply asked how long for my order, and she straight up said, “I don’t know” without even bothering to check for it. I mean if the staff there working doesn’t know about my order, who else would know? Never going there again.
