HUB International

ICBC was down province-wide last Saturday. I was buying a vehicle and needed to get it insured to drive it the three hundred km back home. I went to two other insurance offices and neither would help me. I went to Hub in Langford and met Raphael Dappa. I explained the situation and he took the time to do everything by hand and made it possible for me to complete my purchase and get home that day. Without him going the extra mile I may have not been able to complete the deal until Monday or not at all. Can't say enough about his 'get it done' attitude and his great smile and positive attitude.
