Paid for materials upfront and never received what was outlined as part of the terms and agreement they provided. Unacceptable

As a professional building operation and management person and a lead instructor of government funding technical training program with 20 years experience, I handed many projects and cooperated with many contractors. After using the service of Time Landscaping for my private driveway landscaping, I strong recommend Time Landscaping. They are responsible, reliable, trustworthy, skillful, and very professional. They are worthy to get my five stars review.

The team at TimeLandscaping did an incredible job transforming our backyard into an absolute oasis ! Layla was our point of contact she was very responsive and extremely helpful and professional! Thank you TimeLandscaping we love our newly transformed backyard !

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. I had requested a simple project… remove old parking pad and replace with new parking pad with new grass.. I told them many times to make sure the Grade of the slop should be away from the house. They said they made sure it was . When it rained I had a large pool of water right in the middle of the parking pad , you could not step out of the car with out stepping in a pool of water. I brought this there attention and sent picture of the what they did . THEY DID NOT REPAIR or respond to my request to repair.. and on top of that the grass they laid was uneven. POOR QUALITY! And poor customer service. DO NOT USE THEM.

Time Landscaping is the WORST LANDSCAPING COMPANY EVER! LAYLA AND XU ARE CROOKS!!! LAYLA and XU lack integrity and they are dishonest scammers! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They STOLE our deposit and never started our job (driveway and backyard interlocking)! BE CAREFUL because they also have a secondary shell company under Shi Guang Landscaping. The number of LIES that Layla and Xu told us were uncontrollable: they sent us to properties to see work from other landscapers they claim to be their own, they forged a purchase order, they promised 7 different start dates but never showed up, they changed our design to lower their cost of labour, they kept asking us for more money outside of our written contract. Save yourself time and money by signing with a reputable company!

What ever you do, steer clear of this company. Doing business with Time Landscaping has been a nightmare. Lack of professionalism and communication and fake promises. They even presented a doctored purchase order with no PO# of a purchase that wasn’t placed until a year later. Tried to sell us an alternative product and even asked for more money. I even agreed to change the payment structure in good faith and paid a supplier directly to get my stone delivered for them to start. When my stone finally arrived, they went quiet on us and clearly had a motive to have our stone delivered at which point they would walk away from the job. Here’s the kicker, I paid a hefty deposit to start and after agreeing to help with the upfront material cost, 32 pallets were delivered to my house but no landscaping company to be found. I’ve now had to spend additional money to send the stone back to the yard and have it returned in spring for an alternative landscaping company to instal. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Out of all of the contractors these guys gave the best price. Had to fix the backyard because the previous owner didn’t disclose some of the tiles were loose. Time Landscaping gave me a selection of tiles to pick from and took me down to their supplier to see other options. Overall very positive experience and would recommend to anyone seeking their services.

The Time Landscaping did my backyard interlock and fence. Most time 3-4 people worked onsite. they worked very hard and provided good result. The onsite supervisor is experienced and knowledgeable. He answered our questions professionally and patiently. We communicated with him on any concerns/questions during the project and he was always willing to discuss and provide the solution. I called them for a minor issue after the project is complete. The supervisor came back in the same day to fixed the issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services and their pricing is fair in the current market.

We had our interlocking done using Bestway pavers. These guys are amazing, they work extremely hard to finish the project on time. We made changes on the fly and they were happy to do so. I would highly recommend!
