They mixed my order and must have had ice.cream of another awful tasting flavor on the scoop. I went in and the two girls working were rude and did not replace. People with things like nut allergies beware....they seem to not care.about cross.contamination. I had to throw it out and the two girls working just have attitude.

Just popped in quickly for an ice cream, there was only us 5 in the store so service was super quick. They had many flavours, including “Cookie monster” (featured in photo) I had never seen before.

For a small town ice cream shop, Frostbites manages to be a cut above what you'd expect. Aside from the multitude of expected ice cream flavours, they have various specialty concoctions and different kinds of drinkable frozen dairy treats that I haven't see anywhere else. They're worth checking out on a hot day in Blenheim.

First time here. The prices are fantastic compared to most ice cream joints. I had the soft serve twist in waffle cone and it was great. A family member had the pistachio almond and definitely more of a fake taste than the usual pistachio ice cream you find-even the colour was a bright blue-green lol-thats Shaws error not Frostbites!We went on a Friday night and the line up was out the door and unfortunately there was only 1 young guy working all by himself. He handled it like a champ but he shouldn't have to work alone on busy nights. Hopefully he's getting paid more than minimum wage working a job for more than 1 person. Give the guy a raise-he deserves it!

I liked how you can get ice cream and novelties! The ice cream was decent, though. I really liked the birthday cake and buttered pecan flavour, and their waffle bowls were not bad either. The cashier did not seem like the most enthusiastic or vocal person, but I still enjoyed myself.

We ordered a delicious ice cream cake and it looked and tasted great. The atmosphere in this ice cream shop has a wonderful nostalgic feel. We look forward to going and enjoying an ice cream treat again from Frost Bites.

Only one person working with a line of 30+ people on a Sunday afternoon. Management should re-evaluate the work flow of this place.Very long line! Crammed and the line goes out the door into the heat.Chose the cheapest item to get my treat quicker.But worth the wait as the ice cream is good. They have Shaw’s, Nestle and Chapman’s as well as retro sodas, brownies for sale and ice cream cakes and pies.

Always great customer service, wide selection of tasty frozen treats. I love the frozen yogurt if I'm wanting to change it up from ice cream - lots of options for ice cream flavours- and their ice cream cakes are super delicious(Better than DQ hands down.)
