Bought a new bow today during my first visit to Jo Brook. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient . Pricing was very reasonable. Nice store with good variety of hunting and fishing supplies. Based on my first visit, it was a great experience

Staff were friendly. They didn't have the ammo I was looking for but nobody does right now. Ammo is in short supply. Great guys though!

I took my bow here to get it restrung. The team was helpful and seemingly knowledgeable. They were accurate with their lead time (about 2 weeks). However, when I got it back, my peep sight flew out of my string after only 3 arrows. It also appears that they did not properly stretch and seat my string as there is a lot of twisting in this string.They have good customer service on the front end. However, I will not bring my bow back here again anytime soon.

Went to this place and I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time. The 1 Guy behind the gun counter wasn't very customer friendly. Asked him questions and he just gave terrible answers. Told me stuff about certain models of firearms that wasn't true. He doesn't wanna be there or help anyone. .I asked some friends about their experience and they said the same thing. This guy is loosing business for this company. I will never go back or recommend this store to anyone
