Academy White Crane Kung Fu
Excellente école de kung fu traditionnel. Le style est authentique et très ancien. L'horaire est limité mais l'école donne la possibilité d'aller faire des cours également à leur école de Montréal.Des séminaires sont organisés à l'occasion avec le grand maître qui vient de la Chine. Le shifu à Laval est québécois mais parle aussi le chinois. Il a une vaste connaissance dans son domaine et est très dévoué et respecté. L'entraînement est sérieux et vigoureux. Les prix sont les prix d'une bonne école de qualité. Un beau respect règne dans cette école. Une bonne école à recommander.

Academy White Crane Kung Fu
The white crane system taught in this school seems to have a practical answer to everything. Anyone looking to learn basic self defense, get in shape, build confidence or even train for full contact fighting (the school has a few championship belts from the US on the wall) will find what they're looking for here. I've trained in martial arts for almost 20 years and wish I had found this place sooner.There's plenty of flashy, ego-driven and trendy clubs around, but few have even half as much character as this school.

Une école traditionnelle ou s'enseigne un système efficace et réaliste fondé sur l'auto-défense. Les instructeurs sont compétents et ceux qui recherchent un véritable entraînement d'arts martiaux seront servis! L'Académie offre aussi des cours pour les enfants et ce style convient aussi bien aux femmes, puisqu'il a été créé pour elles à l'origine.J'ai fréquenté les cours à différentes époques depuis 1997 et je recommande fortement l'Académie!

l'une des meilleures écoles de kung fu traditionnel . un maitre humble et n'hesite jamais à donner ses précieux conseils pour s'améliorer . les anciens instructeurs et le maitre veillent à ce que le milieu d'entrainement soit saint et fraternel tout en rehaussant les niveaux des pratiquants de cette discipline d'arts martiaux rare.pour ceux qui sont dans d'autres art martial et qui cherchent de nouvelles techniques (armes ou main nue) , n'hesiter pas à assister aux séminaires des grands maitres visiteurs à cette école . je recommande fortement .

In today's society, it's rare that you find a Kung Fu school of this caliber. The school has a fantastic instructor, and very talented assistant instructors that love their art and are passionate about passing it on to future generations. If you're looking to get in shape and learn how to defend yourself in a respectful, serious and friendly environment, or to train for competitions, this is the place for you. I can't recommend Académie Shaolin White Crane Kung Fu enough.

It will be 1 year in July that I've been coming here 2 to 3 times a week consistently and I am still as excited to attend classes as I was when I first started.- Teachers are qualified and attentive and the owner is very involved in both the teaching and with his students.- The training is varied and practical. Still true to the art, we also spend time conditioning our kicks and punches on the bags and with the mitts.- Very nice atmosphere and students are helpful and respectful to one another.I plan on sticking around for a while ;)
