Shout out to the driver Jesse, he was on time and very professional. We used Luxxis to take us to our wedding, then to our reception at the Coachwood Golf course. They did an excellent job, I could not have asked for anything more.

Horrible experience with this company. Cancelled my limo 9 days before my wedding, and I had to fight to get my refund. Very unprofessional company would never recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could put 6 stars!The driver Tony arrived 10 minutes early and was very attentive. Super smooth driving to the point where we felt like we weren't even moving.Definitely going to book them for my wedding in the future!

Brutal experience! We booked our limo last October (2021). Our wedding was in August (2022), so we were on top of things! Paid a large down payment. We’re thinking all is good! Nope, called a week and a half prior to our big day to touch base and that claimed they didn’t have a record of our booking. Sorry, nothing we can do they said. Unbelievable!!! As a limo company and service provider, they failed in a big way. Don’t trust this company to honour their bookings. Horrible experience and something no one should suffer through a week before our wedding.

It's two weeks before my wedding and I'm just finding out that they never booked my limo. I can't get a return call to find out about my refund. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Stellar experience with Jesse! Fun driver, on time, and really made the whole experience from pick up to drop off an incredible. I also love the easy booking system on their website! Will definitely book again!

Would not recommend this company for anyone.While booking online the cost of the bus showed $1,245 for 5 hours, we put a down payment of $662.34 for the first two hours after HST and 20% Gratuity. Nowhere on the website did it show that we would have to pay HST and another 20% Gratuity extra on the following 3 hours of the bus. Not only that we booked for 4 stops and only made it to 3 because our bus driver was 20 minutes late and got lost on our first stop, causing us to be extremely late to our first stop. Then he had us wait till the end to pay and we ended up paying over $1,500.00 for the bus when it was late and we couldn’t go to all of our stops due to it.

Thes guys were simply awesome. My wife and I used them on our wedding day to go to the reception hall and back to our hotel after the reception. I could not have asked for a better time.

This company was the definition of professional and convenience. They made our family trip to Florida even more memorable. From the point of booking, to the price, to the driver Achin, everything was perfect! Even with changes/delays in our flight times last minute, the communication with the company to serve our needs was very helpful. This made traveling to and from Detroit Airport so much simpler with less to think about if we had to take own car to the airport. Highly highly recommend!

Very prompt and the driver was hot. One of the cleanest livery services I have used.
