Took my son in to get his hair cut, he’s been to a barber shop before to get his hair cut multiple times with no issues. He’s always listened and been very still for the clippers. Before even starting the cut, Ali seemed very irritated to be doing a child’s cut. He was very rough with my 4 year old, and left a nasty cut on his neck. He also completely messed up the side of his hair. We ended up going to Captain Cutz to get his hair fixed because it was terrible. We went the same night, but he was so well behaved in the chair at Captain Cutz because he was actually treated with respect. Would not return to Ashby Grove.

The barber is in over his head, someone needs to tell him the mirror are there to use not to turn the customer the otherside so he cannot see what you are doing. The worst haircut of my life. But other barber is good.

This is my 3rd time at this place. The first two times was with j.p. But he is no longer working there. This time I called them and made an appointment for today with specific person who the girl suggested, however I went next day and they didn’t find any appointments at this time. I made the haircut with another person and it doesn’t look good anymore. Very bad experience.

Not at all good i would rather give a zero star if it was an option..the guy from whom i had a cut was not at all skilled…that guy is surely a new one.. now i have to wear a cap until my hair grows back

Cat was great. took 1 hour to do a fade which was totally new for me. People really like it.. I will only ask for her.the other lady seemed to rush the last 2 times for a regular cut.

Took my son to the mall to try and fix a previous haircut disaster. As they were busy they made sure to squeeze us in with no hesitation. Ralph did an amazing job on my son's hair and we will definitely be back.

Great place to get a cut. Walk-ins are welcome, but I find booking an appointment is more convenient as you don't have to wait too long. I usually get my haircut from Ralph who does a great job. I literally drive an hour and a half to get my haircut. Never left this place unhappy.

Hany is phenomenal at what he does. Everytime i come here I request to have him cut my hair. He gives me the CRISPIEST fade’s and is super chill to talk to. I recommend all my friends to this place to see him.Thank you again for your phenomenal service buddy! Keep it up:)

I took my 8 year old here to get a haircut for the first time.My son was not happy because her clippers were dull and pulling on his hair. The back of his hair is all blotchy, and during his cut, she asked where he last got his hair cut as if they were the problem. (It was unprofessional especially from someone who is clearly not as skilled as she thinks she is) Not only did she do a less than mediocre job, but she could not even bother speaking to him during the cut. I did not get her name , but she is the second chair in from the exit.

Jason was amazing, he took his time doing the cut and gave me the haircut I had in mind, 100% recommend.
