My experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I bought the top end NRG force hand cycle. I dealt solely with Ted and he was very upfront and professional. When I was shopping around to buy the hand cycle, I found a price that was lower than they advertised and they matched it. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the top and factory was closed when I started my investigation process for the bike. Ted was right on top of things as soon as the factory reopened and got my bike ordered. Within days of them receiving the bike I had it delivered to my door assembled and ready to go. Like I said, fantastic experience from beginning to end. I’ve been using a chair for 32 years and I have now found my new supplier for all things related.

We can not thank the amazing folks at soul:the wheelchair studio enough for coming to the rescue and fixing our child's wheelchair. They went above and beyond to help us out. Our situation started off with a fork in the road decision; to replace the wheelchair or wait a considerable amount of time for a part within an assembled part, as we couldn't purchase the required part separately, as per another vendor. To find out by an incredibly versed service technician at soul: the wheelchair studio, that the part was available and could be found and purchased locally.Not only did we receive above and beyond service, we were treated with kindness and respect. Thank you to the incredible team at soul: the wheelchair studio !

I have worked with the staff at Soul since before the company existed. This company and it's staff are redefining how wheelchair repairs and sales should be done.They understand that a wheelchair/walker/cane etc is not just a piece of equipment it is part of the person

Soul has installed two poles in my father's room at a senior's residence, to help him move between his bed, wheelchair and lounge chair. Duane was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. After an occupational therapist visited, we needed a small move of one the poles and they were happy to oblige. Thanks Soul!

Small company very slow in getting things done such wheelchair can take up to 2 years to deliver knowing it's pay for in full amounts. And service department is different story I don't recommend this company to anyone with mobility.
