The world of international adoption is an absolute mess right now with frew propsects of getting a match unless one is willing to take a very high needs child, basically requiring a family to be turned upside down. This organization will always take your money(and time) but is anything but a sure bet for providing a match in many cases. They(along with the ministry) seem unaware of expectations overseas or willing to ignore them while still approving your file. With this agency one can expect endless requests to update documents to stay in a queue that has no assurance of ending in a match. I'd avoid this organization like the plague.
