Wonderful staff and facility providing an essential service to our community. Thank you for what you do, your staff and volunteers are truly an asset to the city.

Avoid the place at all costs.Tenants regularly stealing personal items belonging to other tenants.Cops their every other day.Staff appear to be clueless about first aid.Did see a native lad come in , semi conscious, bleeding profusely , large gash on his head & the girl at the desk basically ignored him .She had absolutely no idea what to do.Had to advise her as to what to do.Have seen staff handling tenants medications (pills) with their bare hands.A native kid pushed a shopping cart into heavy traffic causing a two vehicle accident & the Halifax police ignored this event. Regular drinking on the property, (outside).Staff pairing non-criminals with criminals to live together , this is absolutely wrong. It is an extremely dangerous & filthy place to have the unfortunate experience of ending up in.

I have to give this place five stars because no matter what I will always be an advocate for people who feel their voice does not matter but I'm here to say it does and so is Metro turning point center with having that thank you.

I found out that on their websites they say they provide a roof for individualsMeals and help with finding suitable housing I know some who is there and been there almost a year because they aren't helping the men find suitable housing and sometimes there are meals and sometimes there isn't and if you fall asleep there people steal the men's clothing shoes even their underwear from the laundry it too sad i cant go on ,....

Enjoy having staff berate you? Belittled by management, and discouraged from receiving medical support?10/10 for that!

Friendly staff. Weird homeless people. Good food. Great location.

If I'd have to choose between the hotel across the bay (Burnside Jail) or this one, it'd be a hard sell, but at least here they let you out anytime you want. For those living on skid row, it's a great option when you're way on top of rock bottom. Gotta love the hard life! I was there when the cops stole my van for 2 nights.
