This review is long overdue.Hicham was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.He answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Very competitive pricing as well.He installed my garage door October 2021. However, one of the panels had a defect.Hicham said he'd put in a call to the manufacturer for a replacement panel.However due to supply chain issues the panel didn't arrived until April of this year.On receiving it, Hicham contacted me and replaced it right away.Overall I am very satisfied with Hicham's quality of service and communication and would definitely recommend him to replace garage doors.

Hicham is a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish, he was responsive and patient with us. When it came time to install he was punctual and left our garage spotless. Great customer service and his prices are fair. We are very picky about customer service and were very happy to find Hicham. We had no worries or concerns and we got our doors installed in a reasonable amount of time. He knew we were anxious to get them and installed them as soon as he got them. Other companies said we would have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 months for install. Thank you Hicham!

I had a wonderful experience with Premium Plus Garage Doors. Their whole team is excellent and hardworking. Everything that was discussed in our initial meeting was delivered perfectly. They were quick, efficient and organized. I am so pleased with my new garage door. I looked at many other businesses and they truly gave me the best price for their service.

My garage door spring broke and it would get stuck opening or closing it. Called Hicham on Sunday afternoon and he was at my door within 24hrs.Thorough professional, brought the right tools and parts and carried out his work promptly and cleanly. He’s very patient and knowable, answered all your concerns and questions and even showed me how to maintain the springs and rollers.

I requested a homestars quote for my garage opener which wasn't working - I sent a video and got a call immediately from Hishiam who said it was a simple fix and told me what to do. I was able to fix it easily myself. Great service! Most would have come out and had me pay for at least an assessment to tell me this, but it was so nice to deal with someone who has ethics in dealing with potential customers and not taking advantage. Would definitely recommend.

Not a true business person rude with customer breaking promises disrespect towards customers have no trust on customers have no respect towards consumers I had very very very bad experience I never ever recommend any one in my family friends and community no matter what no star I just stuck with unprofessional people very bad experience so I booked in Oct 2022 and paid 50% see the trust level now they have condition to pay in full before installation they think that I will not pay balance while they know my place whereas I don't where about of this company my job still not done yet000000 star

Fantastic service from this company.Unfortunately I needed them to come out for a warranty repair on job not well done by a former employee, I had a break down and they sent a technician out the SAME DAY!The technician (Noah) stayed until the job was 100% done right, going over every detail and explain in g to me what he was doing and why. My garage door has never worked so well.I will not hesitate to use this company in the future or recommend them to my friends/family.

Highly recommend!!! Knowledge, professional and reliable. Showed up when he said with good communication. Assess the job accurately and fairly with expert knowledge. Went over and above. And the service was fast.. even gave me the bottle of garage door lubricant from his truck at no cost so I could prevent further issues in the future.!!!!
