I received my car back yesterday and I have to say, you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. They did a great job in that regards. The customer service was always top notch when calling in for updates. Pamela was always great to deal with and always took the time to answer my questions.The reason I am only giving them 3 stars is the state of the interior of my car when I received it. I wasn't expecting it to be fully detailed (although the front desk staff told my wife when she picked it up that it was fully detailed) but the interior came back in horrible shape. As you can see in the pictures, the amount of residue and dust that is in my car if horrendous. You can tell they tried to wipe down the surfaces but they must have been using a wet rag or something. They definitely did not take the time to clean up their mess. I did reach out to them to provide them feedback. I did get a response but thus far am not satisfied with their attempt at a resolution; nor their reasoning as to why this was done so poorly.My vehicle was there for almost a month getting repaired and it's upsetting that after doing such a great job on the outside repairs, that I get my vehicle back in this state.If it weren't for this, I would have rated them 5 stars based on their workmanship and customer service alone. Would I bring my vehicle back for future work? Probably; as I believe this is one of those 'one off' incidents...I hope anyways.**EDIT: I ended up bringing my car back in and they did a great job on the detailing. They also addressed one of the sensors that wasn't working. Overall, good work on my vehicle and great service. I believe this was just one of those 'one off' incidents so I bumped them to a 5 STAR as its deserved.**

My only regret is that I didn't take my GMC to them first. After a hit & run on Feb 14, 2022, my insurer sent us to a big named body shop, who gave us our GMC in an unsafe condition, and demanded that I pay out of pocket to make the truck safe. Upon bring the truck to Carstar, Frank called the insurance and declared the truck as unsafe.Carstar made the GMC safe, and when the parts came in, it was repaired and they delivered to us something that that other big named body shop couldn't, a safe properly repaired, truck. One week before the anniversary.Thank you for taking my family's safety seriously.

Completely fixed my truck like new! They even went the xtra mile and cleaned the interior, mats etc. highly recommend ++

I hit a deer and CARSTAR did the repairs. Everytime I called the office Avery was extremely professional, polite and provided me with accurate updates. Although Parts were on back order at no fault to CARSTAR; they kindly put my car back together so that I could drive it in the meantime to avoid any more rental fees. When I picked up my car everyone was so friendly and helpful & my car looked brand new. I definitely recommend them for any repairs. Thanks again CARSTAR!

I am pleased with their clean job done on my van. Beside fixing the damage up to my expectation, they went extra mile to clean my van, therefore I received my van back clean and net. I am so satisfied with Castar for their customer care and professionalism. Keep it up!

As always, service has been absolutely stellar. Company keeps in touch with you every step of the way. Brought in our vehicle for repairs after an unfortunate collision with a monster porcupine which ended up shredding the front end and obliterating the radiator. Aside from having to wait from backordered parts, vehicle is back on track, running better than ever. From service to the garage, everything is bar down. Love it. Highly recommended. Definitely our go to garage for unfortunate accidents.S.C.

CARSTAR did a great job! You can't tell my car was ever in a collision. And the interior detailing was an awesome surprise when I picked up my vehicle. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
