The most disappointing shipping company I have ever used. 3 days late on pickups is not unusual for them. The sad part, they don't seem to care. They say one day shipping" and then it takes 4 days. I mean

don’t use vitren very bad service. my pallet pick up from toronto 28 december 2021 and receiving in winnipeg 18 january 2022 & nobody answering on phone . very bad customer service

Very agressive, rude, and lazy. The driver refused to bring in our order on Wednesday morning he took our stock and left. It's now friday and we still havent received our order. Never had any issues with any other delivery service.

Excellent service . I never faces any problems here. You can drop and pick up trailers anytime. Don’t worry about closing it.

By far the worst service provider in the industry. Before even serving, the employees needs to be trained to be patient enough to serve people. I I will never ever use and recommend Vitran to anyone from my circle.
