Update: I returned the Betty Crocker Hot Air Corn Popper to Canadian Tire yesterday. They wouldn’t refund my money because I opened it. Not sure how else I was supposed to find out it didn’t work so now I have CT credit. The person at Customer Service asked if I wanted to replace it or buy another brand. Sure if we can test it here so I don’t have to bring it back next week if it doesn’t work and I won't have to get even MORE Canadian Tire credit. I have to remember to read the reviews on their website before I buy anything else there. I read them too late otherwise I would have known this was a bad choice.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The Betty Crocker Hot Air Popcorn Popper worked exactly ONE time and then it died. I plugged it into another outlet just incase but it was still dead. There was no burning smell to indicate the motor had burnt out. The one and only time it worked it popped about half the kernels, the rest were blown out into the bowl hot and unpopped. I will be returning this dud to the store from which it was purchased.

I need you to rethink the perforation on your Betty Crocker parchment paper packaging. The pull tabs just rip off on either end, leaving the perforation fully intact, and difficult to open, and all with the blade right there in behind it. Today, I sliced my finger open fairly deeply trying to open a new roll, and while this is the first time I have cut myself in this endeavour, the packaging is difficult to open and the perforation is too strong and fails to open, every single time, and every time I wind up having to destroy the box just to get the product out. Yours is the only packaging of this kind that I have encountered that performs this way. I am switching brands, and will not buy your product again until you improve the performance of your packaging. I wish I could post some pictures here to show you what I'm talking about. Use REAL perforation, and not those way too spread out dashes. So frustrated.

Re: Betty Crocker 7-speed 250 watt stand mixer From Walmart Store in Belleville. Rating this product -0. Shameful piece that took us twice to the store for exchanging the item when the mixer till button just shot out and crossed the kitchen. The rest of the performance is dirty, noisy and the job is so poorly done, I am in tears. Cant afford any other mixer and was happy to find this piece. This machinery that cost me more than 60.00 dollars is now going to the second hand store. Please save yourself some pain and disappoint, don't get it! Betty Crocker was kind of an icon, now your Company dusted the floor with her name. Lie about the stars so I could send this review.

Won’t even make stove burner liners in Canada, but instead give the work to China.

After leaving over 14 messages regarding an order they placed with me, I finally gave up and decided to never do business with them again. By the way, they never responded to any of my messages. Who doesn't respond to their customers?
