Terrible customer service! After I had my quartz counter top installed I noticed some chips along the edges of the undermounted sink. I called to get them repaired. They took my information down but after 1 month no one contacted me for an appointment. I called them again and was told someone would get in touch with me and another month passed with no followup. I called again and was told that they were busy and someone would get in touch with me. It has been OVER 1 YEAR. I called and left many messages and I'm still waiting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! I would have put no stars but have to put at least one. Buyer BEWARE if you want after installation service
