Bishop's Landing Dental Centre

Not great experience with Dr. Sardar. I booked an appointment at 9:20am. I waited 10 mins. At the door. The dentist assistant took my X-ray for 5 mins. And I was asked to wait for my dentist again. She showed up at 9:45am to give me an examination, which last 10 minutes. So I left at 9:55am, the receptionist overcharged me $100 on my $182 bill. I had to come back and ask what happened. What a day!

Dr. Rammi is a professional and caring person. My kids like to go there because they know that they will get a gift from the treasure chest and they never experienced any pain while they are doing their teeth.

This is an amazing dental office. The entire team, from administration to hygienist to dentist, are all so kind and professional. Geoff, my hygienist, is a pleasure and puts me at ease. Dr. Hassan is very knowledgeable. My teeth are so happy afterwards and I honestly look forward to my visits. Thank you so much!

I had an emergency repair here to fix my permanent retainer which the glue had broken on two of my lower teeth. The glue that he applied broke within 3 months of it being bonded. Cost me 300 and lasted 3 months. I had my permanent retainer with no glue issues for the past 16 years. Go see an orthodontist if you need your retainer repaired.

I really like this clinic. Dr. Hassan and his assistant Nurse they both were so humble and polite. I had my wisdom teeth removal surgery. They did it very well . I definitely wanna recommend this clinic because everyone is super nice and respectful over there.Thanks

The hygienists and doctors here are lovely but truly nobody is ever at the front desk, and if they are they are watching videos or playing games on their phone and don't so much as look up when someone comes in. My last visit I wasn't even able to check in because the receptionist was in the back office gossiping with another staff member, the hygienist finally came out 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see if I had shown up. After my appointment I waited another 15 minutes to pay my bill and the receptionist was once again nowhere to be found. I finally left to go back to work and then got an angry call about how I had an $8 balance, hah. When I first started coming here in 2020 the receptionist was attentive and friendly, but things have gone very downhill since she left. Nearly impossible to even get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Seriously considering finding a new clinic.

Sketchy at times. The dentists here seem to be overly intetested in extracting teeth instead of repair. Also doesn't warn you about things until its too late to say no to them. If I knew something would actually be done I would complain formally. 2/5 cause the work is fine just make sure you know what youre getting yourself into beforehand.My sotry, I went in for repair he told me that 1 tooth may need extraction but the other was fine. I didn't know any better so he did the extraction. Went back a second time was told Oh i never said it was fine you just had too much medication in the last appointment. It needs to be removed.... have you looked into implants.." Didnt get it removed and another dentist was able to repair without issue. pfff con men out to squeeze money from you."

I had an amazing experience today. I walked in off the street and was treated as if I was a long time and valued patient. I am travelling far from home and needed some immediate dental attention. From the receptionist who greeted me, listened to my problem and invited me to wait just a few minutes, to the doctor (Dr Hassan) who promptly solved my problem and reassured me I needed nothing further, no upselling at all, everyone provided exceptional service. I wish I could have Dr. Hassan at Bishop’s Landing Dental Centre as my regular dentist! Sincerely, Heidi Bellis

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.They explained every little things about the procedures/ treatments and the bill.They do direct billing to insurance companies.Nothing to complain about!Definitely recommended!!!

Great visit to Bishop's Landing Dental today!Friendly staff, the cleaning was super thorough, and they really took their time with me. The results are great. Had a little goodie bag to take home with me too. 5/5.
