CROWN Detailing & Car Wash

I have a small child so any parent can appreciate that the interior of my vehicle was an absolute mess. Spills, fingerprints on windows and the carpets were gross. Crown Detailing & Car Wash restored my car to new condition. This might be the cleanest it's been since the day I drove it off the lot! Perfection! 5 stars (more if they were available)!!

Inexperienced, unprofessional shop. Vehicle was brought in for some paint correction, came back worse then it was. Rotary holograms on hood , didn't even bother with A pillar correction and worst of all they dented the vehicle and did a really bad paint touch up. Wouldn't recommend, even it was free from dealership.

My 8 year old car looks new again! Ask for Quan, i showed him several rock chips and he touched them up with matching paint free of charge with the gold detail package. Very professional. Great experience.

They actually gave me my car back dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. Hard to do but they did it. This after 12 phone calls not returned to arrange a cleaning. $200 I’m never spending here again.

Absolutely terrible experience. The person who gave me my appointment for an estimate told me to go early so I could ger it done fast. Went 6,50 before they open. First in line. Was told I would get it for 11am.2pm, no calls. Went there to check my car. It was parked there, nobody even took a look at it. And they said: well,we have the whole day to lool at it.Terrible experience. Bad communication. Terrible customer care.

I didn't have good experience with them when I had my vehicle's interior cleaned. I bought my car from a heavy smoker who also poured perfumes in the car to hide the smell, so I needed someone to clean it professionally. I described my issue with smells to Crown Detailing before I asked of my options and they offered their silver package which cost me about $200, with most accent on interior detailing. When I took the supposedly cleaned car next day from them I noticed that the headliner was hardly ever touched, still very dirty. Then I pointed out the smell that was still present, and they told me they had this separate cheaper option when they treat the car with some chemicals for a couple of days just to get rid of the smell. Really? Why hadn't you offered me that option in the first place when I had told you of the issue? It's good though they eventually cleaned the headliner at another time, but my wife and I had to waste additional hours of our time to bring the vehicle back for this. The car is much cleaner than it used to be, good job on the leather seats and carpets, but overall experience could be so much better.

I had a customer service issue and brought it to the attention of the manager. The situation was rectified within a day, to my complete satisfaction. I am happy with how this company handled the situation, they left me with a positive experience.

Guys did a great job polishing my car, but customer service sucks.I asked for a shuttle to drive me back to DMAX from my work when my car is ready. They said they not sure if they'll have cars. I said if there's no shuttle available to inform me and I take a cab as I don't want anyone to drive my brand new car. I received call later that shuttle is on its way. The shuttle was MY CAR driven by some young guy from the garage ...???!! When the guy get out from driver's seat I found out big paint stain from his shoe on my carpet mat. Don't they suppose to protect floor and seat with plastic/paper cover before sit there in their work clothes? Also found same paint stain on driver's door (on plastic and fabric) which I had to clean myself. The mat I had to leave at the service and come back for it later so they can clean it. No one apologized even. First and last time I brought my car there.

Crown Detailing is one of the best of the best in the industry when it comes to customer service!!! Tim the manager and Alex the supervisor at the counter are absolutely awesome! I had my command start installed there. Unfortunately there was an issue with the command start...Alex and Tim worked through all the issues with me. They are professional, kind, understanding and handle the situation with over and above expectations. in addition I had my car washed there....i will never go to another Chamois car wash again... If you are looking to have your car washed...this is definitely the place to go! Alex & Tim thank you again for your exceptional service.
