Always had a great friendly experience.Always give the most amount of money for items. Very fair and helpful.

I went two times. Sold different things each time. First time a ghetto blaster and some games, the second time, an external dvd player still in perfect shape and more games. Both came out with $20. It seems they use that as a base price for anything and everything. Yet they sell it for more. Place is a cash grab. If i need enough money for subway i’ll go here

Four staff were working on the floor which was nice. FYI - I always deal with Adam (my preference) but all staff members are helpful.He was just finishing up with another customer which gave me the opportunity to walk around. Impressed by the video game selections, sound systems and other various items.Adam was helpful and answered all my questions.Other reasons for five-star review includes the following:✔️ Customer service: I called ahead of time and phone was answered on 2nd ring.✔️ Location: Central location after finishing up at the pawnshop I was able to walk to a few stores down to get my favourite steak for dinner.✔️ Free parking or on major bus route either take BUS ROUTE #47 (Regent) or #89.✔️ Social Media: I enjoy the fact that I can follow them on Instagram to keep up-to-date on the new merchandise in the store. (Priority for me).

Only pawn shop ill personally deal with.I've dealt with other pawn shops before, when needing a short term loan, and i've always got that greasy" vibe when going to them.Never had that feeling with Regent Pawn. Feels more like walking into a thrift shop

Adam is excellent. I highly recommend Adam and his business. Exceptional customer service and a great business to deal with overall in every aspect. These guys are 100% trust worthy.

Really disappointed!! Brought in a Dewalt cordless set that I asked them to sell. Not only did they not sell the item when I picked up the tools a week later 2 of the 3 batteries we're magically defective one's! Prior to bringing the tools in I charged the batteries and know 100% that they we're fine. The one's they gave me back had writing on them (which mine didn't) and now 2 of the 3 do not charge! Should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Horrible and disappointing experience all around!

I phoned them about a product, they told me they had it. When I arrived there, they told the product was just sold. if you phone them again, they would tell u they have what you looking for. All they want is having you drive that far to their shop, to browsing their other backyard merchandise which you might buy. Beware those snakes!

Ive been here with my friends. This is a great place to pawn your items. I remember coming here since high school and had a very good experience here at the pawnshop when I was short on cash. The staff are polite and friendly and it's a nice atmosphere to be in. I'll be back again if I need to pawn any more items.

Been standing here for more than 15min. Staff have been in the back room chatting & whatever. I came to buy an amp but no one seems to want to sell anything. Completely ignored, they avoided eye contact & said not one word to me. I called & asked if they had any amplifiers in stock & they said several. I said I was coming down.The amps they have for sale are beat up, broken & prices at near new. What is wrong with you guys?

Great service friendly owner and staff. Only thing is google says it's open at 10, weekdays and its past 10 and nothing. No hours posted on door either.
