These guys make the best general street and road maps of Canada, hands down. Some titles have been re-introduced by map publisher G.M. Johnson (and available through CAA Offices) starting in 2018.

Excellent service

Great maps, awful store. Buy from Indigo instead.I am convinced that no one at Lucidmap is monitoring their inbox/voicemail because I tried calling, emailing and filling out their web forms several times without any response. All I bought was their Great Lakes Waterfront Trail Map Book and I needed it within a 6 week timeframe (I live in Toronto, so this should not have been a problem). This was part of an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, so the delivery was time sensitive.After a week or so of no response from Lucidmap, I found that Indigo also sells this map book and I picked it up three days later from my local store, no problem. I later raised a complaint through PayPal who attempted to contact the company and, surprise surprise, gave me a full refund since, I'm sure, they didn't hear back from Lucidmap either.At this point, I'm just curious... does no one work at this company anymore? Have they laid off all their staff, but inexplicably kept the store open? Don't bother calling them as they never pick up and their voicemail is full.Do not buy from Lucidmap's store. You will have to go through PayPal to get a refund otherwise.
