Our family has been coming to Softron to do their Taxes for well over 20 years. They are really knowledgeable about taxes. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. We tried the American brand name (Block) but their service was not up to the standard of a Professional Tax company. We are happy to support a Canadian Company.

I have been a customer of Softron for over 15 years and I have always been happy with their service. There was only one year that I went somewhere else and guess what they gave me less money because they forgot to claim certain deductions. Softron knows the rules and will always get you the Biggest Refund. The other company told me I had to pay back to CRA. I was happy that I did not have to pay back and got a refund because of Softron. I would recommend them highly. Go to them. You will be amazed with the Service. Milton location is outside the mall next to the pet store.

When I reached out to Henrietta to assist me with completing three years of income tax for my mother she was so responsive and professional. I really wasn’t sure if my mother owed money and what the impact would be but Henrietta got the job done so fast and my mom got her refunds so quickly, I was amazed.
