Hudson’s Bay

Today I walked into Hudson’s bay and was looking at a lovely couch while my significant other and I were considering what to get for our home along with my sister and a close friend helping decide. He and my friend sat on the couch to test the comfort while I stood at the back and felt the material. We were then approached by an old white women employee who rudely told my significant other specifically to get off and leave because it was too expensive for us. While we do look way younger and healthier than this women did, I did not appreciate her profiling our wealth by our looks and race as I guarantee I have more money from my career than this woman. All of the employees profile customers by looks and have been racist. I will not be coming back. I took my business to Leon’s across the road who were much more polite and considerate instead of instantly telling us what we can and can not afford. I highly recommend employee training as my experience was the worst I have had and never have felt the need to voice my opinion over google before.

Was looking for spanx and bras. They had nothing to choose from. Nothing! No shape wear at all!

This Classic Canadian department store still lives up to the grandeur of a bygone era. This location shows wear, the area around the escalators is filthy. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Always a good spot to find fine Canadian made furniture for sale.

Love, love, LOVE the shoe selection! Such good quality and style! The staff are really great, friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales are crazy on really great quality name brands! Excellent jewelry and watches -quality brands, styles and a wide variety of watches. From sport, fashion, Oh and amazing coats too.

Walking into the women's fashion department(s) is like walking into a jumble sale. Everything is a mess, a complete state of chaos; you can't find anything. I honestly don't know how they stay in business anymore. They also no longer have mattresses at this location.Menswear and other departments aren't so bad, but that's not typically what I'm shopping for...

The Bay always seems to have a great selection of quality items available. They also have some very good sales. The staff are really lovely to deal with and really helpful.
