We own a 2002 Topkick C6500 (Southern Alberta Towing) and for the longest time could not find parts... major parts that is. We had a little mishap and needed to replace the rear hub assy. We called the states, Fleet brake, WSI, Napa, etc we even called GM and were informed they stopped making the truck and parts" even the GM part number would not cross over to any competitors product. I reached out to a tow form we are apart of and out of 60+ comments Merv's Truck Parts came highly preached; almost every post had his company mentioned! I said to myself "THIS guy is who I need to be in contact with...and hes in Alberta! What more could I want!" Merv and his staff were able to find us the parts we where looking for and much much more. They definitely deserve this 5 Star rating and this review! The staff is amazing to deal with over the phone and I would imagine even better in person! Keep up the phenomenal work Merv!"

The man is rude refuses to do his job. I drove over 2 hours to buy a piece and get there just before closing and found out they didnt have the key for the steering column. He wasnt there and we were told to wait until monday.. I highly recommended going to another shop, and not bothering with a company that doesnt care for their customers

Go elsewhere! Prices are outrages. Must not be making good enough sales to justify what they wana sell there parts for.

Merv helped me out with a customer's truck even though the dealer and every other auto wrecker couldn't. He had the one of one part I needed to help my repair my customers service truck that absolutely had to go to work. Thanks again, Merv
