Fence Post Pro

After trying on multiple occasions to book a spot with Shane, I Took 2 days off work as I was notified that they would pass on the Thursday or Friday. We prepared everything for them to do their work and I had spent the morning at home waiting for them and preparing access for the driveway.Shane decided to show up and leave without ringing the doorbell ( we were inside waiting) and 10min after he called my wife, he dodged our calls for a good portion of the day.We then emailed the company explaining and Shane showed frustration in the 1 star review which is quite understandable. We notified him that we were still willing to pay, and have the services rendered if they were to be done in a timely manner, and that I would then re adjust my rating. He was demanding that I remove it immediately or else! I told him it would only be adjusted after the services rendered…. But as of now we were just played around and I don’t encounter many clients who would appreciate spending time and money and be taken advantage of. Shane could have simply called to rescheduale instead of having us wait around and dodge our calls…. And not waste everyone’s time.Also if you look at my ratings they are not all 1 star reviews as I am not a bot! I have great understanding of ppl being busy, but to be threatened, and not taken seriously, I have no problem informing ppl of the service we received.If you had simply contacted us or agreed to do the work, all this could have been avoided, and you would have received another 5 star reviewHave a great day

Shane and his team did an excellent job for me. Dig the holes and setup the posts. Best price with best work. Help me save lots of money. For the fence work, I would recommend that you ask Shane to dig the holes and set the posts then you do the remaining work. That's the best solution I believe if you do not want to do the heaviest work. This may help you save half of the money in the market.

Oh man ! Excellent service very effective, affordable and professional service! Shane promised that he’ll come through and yes he did ! We were beyond his territorial service but he managed to come and the job was done professionally and quickly with no extra charge ! 1 of the neighbors made a last minute change but Shane didn’t add any extra penny! We’re very happy and excited with our fence and definitely will be doing business with him ! Highly recommended, excellent and professional service and nobody can match his prices. Very affordable
