Vehicle was illegally parked too close to an intersection, being a safety hazard to other traffic.

I was driving along Crowchild Tr and one of the workers was weed whacking. Most workers stop weed whacking or use the leaf blower when vehicles pass, but this worker did not. A rock was kicked up just as we passed and my front little window broke. I pulled over and spoke to the crew. I spoke to the admin answering the phone and when I explained what happened I was told 'So what? I had the City do this to me and no response'.I asked if she was saying they don't care. She then very annoyed said 'hold on'. She came back and told me that the GM Chris would call me on Monday. The next Wednesday we had to call and he told us to get some quotes. We got a number of quotes (and had to get more as the name of the window was mistaken) the quotes for the window ranged from about $200-$700 using a second hand window from a wrecker to the dealership. I sent in quotes and called multiple times. No response at all once the first call was done. We wound up having to pay $190 from our own pocket because the worker was not trained properly, nor would they take responsibility for their staff. So disappointed in every level of this company, from the worker not giving his info if the company wouldn't take care of the window, the admin staff and how rude she was, to the GM who never called back nor responded to e-mails I sent giving information about the event, or the quotes.
