0star should be an option.Just saw a coworker get a ticket because the parking pass was sitting on the dash instead of hanging up on the rear view mirror. Clearly visible. most likely fell when getting out their vehicle. Grubby Stuff.

My roommate was given a $50 ticket for parking in a 15 minute loading zone for only a few minutes. Apparently the car has to be running and supervised. I have never seen any signage stating that this was required to avoid being fined.Do yourself a favour and park off campus to avoid these relentless vultures.

purchased an evening pass for a 4-8 class. Wouldn't open the gate until exactly 4pm, when I explained the situation at 3:52. Crooks.

The online parking app is constantly down or doesn’t even work half the time and yet they still scour the streets like vultures giving out tickets when you can’t even pay online because of their fault app. The staff in person also seem like they hate working there and it’s always a unpleasant experience having to go into the building for anything at all.

My previous 5-star review: The parking services staff were friendly and understanding. I came in on a Sunday night when they weren't open so I had to pay for overnight stadium parking. When I went to pick up my parking pass they waived my overnight stadium parking and I was good to throw out the initial ticket. I am deeply saddened that a great University like the University of Saskatchewan is affiliated with this parking service. Despite me and my roommates paying around $8k to live in College Quarter (and for the parking lot), we are now forced to pay a $50 fine for parking in a 15-minute loading zone for 6 minutes to load some aluminum cans which were then taken to a recycling center. Despite it being 2022, the parking service has most likely never heard of simple tools such as timers and plate scanners. It seems that the parking officer on duty just saw a bunch of cars in front of the building and gave out tickets, because why not make the University some additional money? Upon reaching their administration, we were told that the car had to be left running for us not to get a ticket. That comes from a University that always brags about being environmentally friendly. In the end, I urge you to do anything but put your money into this organization, as they will keep overcharging you.

Rain or shine, these campus heroes will tough out minus 30 weather to deliver parking tickets to students in swift and impressive fashion. The most active and dedicated members of the Usask faculty and staff by a country mile. Their “No exceptions” and “Not my problem” policy perfectly reflects the values of community and understanding that the U of S constantly peddles. When I left my final exam to see a parking ticket for exceeding 12 minutes over the maximum allotted time that the PayByPhone app would allow me to pay in an otherwise completely empty parking lot, I thought of my ticket more as a donation and token of my gratitude to the U of S on top of the tens of thousands of tuition dollars I’ve already paid them. Despite approaching an already closed office 3 minutes after the ticket was written and waiting 3 days for a call back just to be told I was rejected for appeal, I can take solace in the fact that these police academy rejects were busy honourably handing out parking tickets and creating a monstrously exorbitant revenue stream for the university.

Was in a rush and paid via the PayByPhone app once I had gotten sorted with a patient-related issue (I'm a healthcare provider) about 10-15mins after I parked. Paid the maximum amount for 4 hours. Received a ticket within 4 minutes after parking. Called in to explain the situation and they couldn't care less that it was an urgent health related issue. Rather frustrating and unfortunate.

Guess my 30 grand in tuition wasn't quite enough, they had to squeeze a little more outta me.
