Over the past five years I have contracted Lola Construction Management for multiple projects including small maintenance repairs, $250,000 exterior commercial building improvements and whole building redevelopments upwards of $3 million. Their staff are very professional and great to deal personally and with our tenants. I have been very satisfied with the end aesthetics and functionality of the renovations. They are not the cheapest company to deal with, but you get what you pay for.

LCM was not the lowest budget but we selected them because we needed it done right and on time. And we had the confidence that they would do just that, and stand behind their work. They went above our expectations and managed communications, anticipated issues and even ran into some problems that they had to fix without adjusting our budget. Nice to see someone who stands behind their word and the agreement!
