I got a brow lamination from a different company- was referred from a girlfriend to go to Brow queens. Met with Katelyn- who truly assisted with the regrowth of my brows asked Leann what I should do... Started using their brow surge, truly a game changer noticed re-growth after two months. Finally felt comfortable to get my eyebrows tinted, met with Shannon she truly listens and makes you feel so comfortable. Been going to her for over a year now. Also when Asia joined the team, did a lash tint ( let me tell you was SOOO nervous I cant put eyeliner on I flinch) she was incredible and so knowledgeable. These ladies are wonderful, going today to check out the new location : ).

Jasmine Taylor did my wax. First in foremost, let me say, every single time I go for waxes I never want to go back. But Jasmine really changed that entire experience for me. We talked and laughed the entire time. She had me feel so comfortable and what usually is extremely painful, uncomfortable experience to me, wasn’t. The atmosphere was nice & clean. I will definitely be back for consistent waxes with her. I left feeling happy & confident. Thank you Jasmine.

I’ve been here twice so far with Morgan and Jasmine but I also have been waxed by Leanne at a previous location. I have nothing but good things to say about Leanne and her staff. The space is beautiful and clean and you’re greeted with a smile from everyone. Morgan and Jasmine both have such great personalities and make your experience fun and comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend!!

WOW this place is the absolute best. After being terrified of waxing in my long 27 years, I finally bucked up the courage to try it. My first time was with Morgan and she was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and consistently checked on my well being throughout the appointment. She also made sure I was getting everything I wanted out of each service provided(the perfect brow arch and color.) If you are considering Brow Queen of Buffalo, this is your sign!! Everyone was welcoming and have had excellent training and they have amazing prices!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I can't say enough good things about becoming a customer at Brow Queen. First off,the space is gorgeous. You're greeted by the front desk for check-in & can relax in the waiting area once finished & help yourself to a snack or refreshment. I've had all of the brow service's provided & they are always perfectly done. In my experience,the shape, color and lamination is the best. I really appreciate that there are other tinting options for those of us who fade a bit faster so that we're able to get the most life out of our brows! The selection of brow & waxing products are also a huge added bonus. Thanks for making ME feel like the brow queen!

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Leann since she had a room in a hair salon years ago… I’ve have the opportunity to watch her grow her business into something so much bigger and it’s so inspirational! I’ve now also had my eyebrows done by Morgan as well and I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences from both of them! I would HIGHLY recommend Brow Queen to anyone looking for waxing services, or more!
