Wonderful service! Got me in right away and was done within 15 min!

We drove all the way from Penticton to get a service from Liberty tax because we have had good experience at liberty tax at other locations.But I was wrong this time at Kelowna. The lady that was there last Saturday was ignorant and didn't know how to file our tax. She kept asking questions like have we even filed tax before??She was not interested in dealing with us that day either that is not her strong suit or she was not interested in our case!!I don't recommend this place !

Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Marie has the worst attitude. She has zero heart and literally left me in tears with the way she has treated me. I highly suggest going somewhere else. This place is cold, uninviting and not worth a dime of your money.

Been going to Liberty Tax for years ..love the service..love the efficiency..don't follow the bad reviews as you will see that they are 2 years old or older. Marie was a great help in getting my taxes done. Thank you so much and I will definitely return next year.

I have been using liberty tax for years. This year I have had a bad experience. Advised them I paid for them to file my tax return by etranfer. They actually sent me the link to pay by etranfer. Then my husband went in to pick up the papers and they asked him for payment, so he paid with credit card. Within 15 minutes of this happening, I called the office and asked them to void the credit card charge. They said it cant be done. Asked if I came in with the credit card, could they do a refund. No they can't do that either. Then was told that someone named Calvin had sent me back the etranfer. Called the next day, still no etranfer and no one can get a hold of Calvin. Nope, not done yet after 3 days.Just terrible customer service.

Absolutely 100% come here to get your taxes done!! Ask for Marie. She is a top shelf woman who is up to date and knows her stuff. Excellent customer service skills and a really sweet woman who values you. Not sure why ratings are so low for this company. A very big contrast to what she is all about. My wife and I have been using her and her services for 4 consecutive years. Nothing gets by her and she maximizes your refund so you can be rest assured you're not missing anything. Turbo tax? Sure, if you have the time. If not, because life is too busy, and you just can't allocate the time to do it yourself, Marie is your best bet!!

I have used Liberty Tax here in Kelowna for the last 3 years and have always received great service.

This could be the worst customer service I have experienced. The previous accountant I used was no longer with the firm. The accountant I did use would not say hello or get up to introduce herself when I dropped off my taxes. (This is a small office). When I picked up my taxes, again, she could not be bothered to get up from her chair to introduce herself or say hello. I asked her if she was going to go over the results with me, and her reply was (from her desk) was that I did not make any money so there was nothing to go over. She did not file any of my expenses (I gave her a spreadsheet) because it was not necessary. Yet she was fine charging me the same amount as if she had put in the time. When I wanted to pay with a cheque (what I have always done) they would not take it, and made me get cash (I have an excellent credit rating, and do not bounce cheques). When I got home, I noted she referred to my business as amusement" purposes. I have worked extremely hard for two years on a edition 2 of a rock climbing guidebook

First of all, I don't leave reviews. But the way me and my husband were treated definitely warranted a review.Does Liberty tax do an accurate return? Sure. Does liberty tax have an ounce of customer service and know how to treat their customers? Absolutely not. If you want to be treated like a human with respect and kindness, take your business elsewhere.The attitude started the minute we dropped off our taxes...it's an extremely cold and unwelcoming place to set foot into. The lady at the desk (the only person who appeared to be working) didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and finally when SHE decided she wanted to help us, she came up to the front desk and didn't say hello or anything, just walked up to the desk and waited for us to start talking. She didn't introduce herself or anything and led us over to a different desk and sat down. Me and my husband were waiting for her to ask us some questions or at least say Hi
