Good subs and fast service. Great place to go especially when you're in a rush for lunch. Bit of a line at 12 but not so bad when you're there later or before 12.

Staff press on the bread too hard when cutting. Italian flat bread is not what I want. Got a regular serving and the second person putting veggies on thought it was double meat. Had to tell him it was single so they wouldn’t charge me more.

I recently visited this incredible Subway store that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the menu options and helping me craft the perfect sandwich. The result was a mouthwatering masterpiece that exceeded my expectations in taste and quality. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to enjoy my meal with the best mountain views. I highly recommend this subway!

Got to town late to go snowmobiling the next day in Pemberton. Subway had already closed but staff was still there. To my surprise the staff open the door and made my lunch for the next day. Awesome service. Thanks

Subway in Lillooet. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go on Feb 18. The server seemed new, but was very pleasant & eager to get the order correct. We didn’t eat till couple hours later, but my husband said that was one of the best sub he’s had in long time. I agree, mine was also very good. Sometimes the submaker has just the right touch!

Great views of the mountains from mostly all the seating. Service was friendly and painless and the sandwiches were tasty. No skimping at this subway.

We have been there a few times and each time, the service was awful. The first time, the gluten free bun was not prepared properly (after we ordered 3 gluten free and were told there was only one gluten free bun in the whole restaurant). The second time, we went to get gift cards and this seemingly basic task was incredibly difficult for 2 separate staff members. The third time, we were told that the veggie patty had eggs in it (which it doesn't), the servers asked the same question multiple times, and my daughter was told there were no gluten free buns. After the rest of our family was served, the disappointed look on her face prompted the employee to check if there were any gluten free buns after all. And sure enough, there was an entire box in the back. Why couldn't they have checked that first? Do they not want business? Really guys...just because you're the only Subway in a 100+ km radius doesn't mean your service and staff have to be so bad. Customer service should be your #1 priority and it clearly isn't.UPDATE MAY 10, 2022 - New staff has made the experience 100xs better. Nathan especially goes the extra mile for you, offering suggestions on how to make the sandwiches taste even better and cleaning utensils properly in between non-vegan sandwiches and vegan sandwiches. I'm much more pleased with the service now than in the past.

The guy put as little of everything in the wrap and sandwich we ordered. Not worth spending $12 for a few pieces of meat and vegetables
