I really love the store and especially the store manager Amanda. We accidentally dropped a pair of pants that was purchased from Saks in the Banana Republic store. We almost looked the whole mall for the pants and luckily the store manager Amanda who kept our lost pants safely and nicely. She is sooo kind and sweet to hand us our pants and made our day! Millions of thanks to Amanda, highly recommend the store for excellent customer service!

That one particular cashier was extremely rude. Shes white and plus size for those who want to know who she is. She was on the phone when we lined up to pay, and didnt really work. She left her 2 coworkers handle the line. She didnt greet us, and told us to enter our phone number un the machine before we paid in a very forceful way and was giving us side eyes. Very rude and karen.

Outlet store with current season items at regular price but the outlet items are discounted. During the weekdays the store is generally very clean and organized. Staff are attentive and helpful. They also have a petite section for women.

Very good deals on very good quality clothing. I think personally that these are the prices that a regular Banana Republic should be at but at the same time I know that most of their fans accept a much higher price point period so I don't think that the prices are amazing here but rather what I think the fair price should be. The selection is pretty good and they often have many promotions that can stack discounts on top of discounts, and now that is definitely very good value.

November 2021 4★Not sure why I had 5★ in the past, must've been generous.... Looking at things recently, the styles have gone down a bit. Prices have also gone up a bit.Walking into this store, there were often a lot of BC clearance selection. Lately, I think due to the supply chain shortage, there's less and also less of a need to offer decent sales.Staff continue to be helpful where possible. Store is clean and organized.October 2020 5★ Always great prices for value and style. Worth coming again and again. Lots of different sizes including and a great selection of petites.
