I had a couple of items I wanted to purchase but Marcia probed further to my application of these items. After clarification I made adjustments to my purchase. Marcia shared very helpful additional information regarding correct use of my my purchase so as to maximizes the benefit for my wife's health and safety. We have had the most amazing service from this company. Problem found and fixed. Mike even made some adjustments to the power chair that the original company was too lazy to address. Marcia is also such an asset to the company. She went above and beyond with customer service with keeping us informed.

They are always so helpful and very caring staff. I would call them my heros as a my friends. Especially when you are looking for new wheelchair or other medical things.

Went to Mobility in Motion on Monday as my 93 year old mother needs a new walker as we were told by certain professionals that her current walker isn't very good. The salesman I dealt with in the past and who came to my mother's home through referral from Fraser Health remembered who my mother was and refused to sell her a walker stating her mobility is really bad, which we already know but we only need the walker for her to walk short distances as well as trying to still keep her somewhat mobile. As her physiotherapist stated if she just sits she will deteriorate quickly. I am doing the best I can as her caregiver and some of the comments he made were completely uncalled for. As long as this salesman is still there I wont return. There are others who will help me. Very hurt by his attitude.

One last barrier concurred for my 90 year old mother to keep living independently in her own home. NSM were quick to respond, extremely understanding and an absolute dream to do business with and give Mom back some independence. Jason and his team are wonderful,caring experts!

Amazing customer service. Called at 4:50pm Friday of the long weekend because my mom's power recliner remote died which was not purchased at this store. Marcia, looked to see if they had one on hand that may work. My mom requires this chair daily due to her leg and with having dementia an inoperable chair would be a real hardship and confusing for her. Marcia offered up a loaner chair and I let her know picking it up was going to be a challenge she offered to deliver it to her care home. I met her there and we unloaded it at 5:30. Marcia, you are a lifesaver. Thank you.

The staff at the North Vancouver branch were nothing short of superhuman. So kind so accommodating. They went way above and beyond for me in my arduous journey to get a new chair. If only the insurance company had been this nice. They helped me out when my ailing chair died with no chance of fixing without a significant cost. I can’t say enough about Charlotte, Karen and Janice. Superb team!

Marcia was extremely kind and helpful in assembling an electric bed for my dad. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and we can’t thank her enough for that!! It is hard to believe having such selfless people out there.:) We sincerely appreciate for her efforts!
