ABSOLUTELY INSANE!! THEY DROPPED THE TORTILLA ON THE FLOOR AND STILL USED IT FOR WRAPPING THE TACO I ORDERED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY. I filmed it and sent it to head office. They won’t wear name tags so you’re unable to report them. And if you’re lucky enough to get a random persons name , they’re lying and it’s a fake name. They don’t give you receipts either “Unless you ask for them” . Which is completely Illegal as they are required to be added in every order, or asked if you would like it. If you’re asking for a refund they only give 1% off of every dollar. So you’re pretty much getting nothing in return . They kicked me out when I insisted to find out one of their names. VERY fishy in there how they operate and makes me wonder if they pocket the money and split it up evenly at the end of the day. DO NOT GO! EVEN IF YOUR DRUNK OR HIGH. IT WILL BE HORRIBLE.

Years ago I gave a bad review for the KFC and said I would never eat KFC again as it was just that bad. Stuck to that. Popeyes is the superior chicken anyway.A few years later and a renovation I figured I would try the Taco Bell.Drive through - I roll up to the speaker and nobody says anything, after a couple mins I ask if anyone is there, girl responds and takes my order. Annoying but whatever. This was a Monday at about 6pm with nobody in drive through so it wasn't busy at all.Order the triple box combo and 2 chulupa meal. From placing the order to getting food in hand was about 5 mins so not bad.Food itself was fine, nothing to rave about but there was 2 issues.Swapped regular fries for fry supreme for both meals which was done but the fry supreme were missing green onion.Lastly, the triple box combo should have come with a taco but it was missing and I wasn't going to drive back for it.Over all it wasn't terrible but I was ripped off with a missing taco and with inflation being nuts everywhere I now tend to put emphasis on getting what I paid for and so I have to give this place a no go". Had the order been complete then I would have 4 stared it."

Literally 35 minutes waiting for take out if you walk inside the store! Insane, ridiculous and unacceptable!And please have mercy on those poor food delivery / courier guys as well who are waiting that much! You should make another section just for people who are delivering food (like Wendy's have done it), so there is no customer interaction with courier people at all.

The two years being closed with updates and renovations did not improve the slowest service for fast food in Barrie. 45 minutes plus in drive thru for 2 taco supreme combo meals. Manager is most likely stressed and his actions and responses not friendly, “dude did you forget you’re in customer service?” I don’t believe the customer is always right… but you need to run your store better.

I thought the negative reviews on here were just people over exaggerating but boy was I wrong. Preordered my meal on the mobile app with a pick up time for 7:30, arrived around 7:20 and waited almost 40 minutes for my order to be ready only to get into the car and realize half of the items were missing. Tables were caked in grease and garbage all while the garbage cans were full and overflowing onto the floor, Disgusting and inexcusable. With at least 15-20 workers in the back I don’t even know how it was possible for this location to be this unorganized. If you’re craving tacos and don’t mind waiting an hour in a lobby resembling a cesspool then this is the place for you!

This location was closed for a while and now is open again. it's very unfortunate that they just put whatever they want into your delivery orders. Oh they ordered a mountain dew here's a 7up. Oh they want cinnabon delightshere have these cinnamon twists.

I understand this place just re opened but there must be some major improvements. Very disorganized. Order was wrong. Shorted me a soft taco (no big deal) and no tomatoes on the taco supremes and fry supremes.We sat inside and considering this is a newly renovated… the tables were very greasy and unclean. The pop station was covered in various garbage and spilled pop. No napkins available.Hopefully they get their things figured out.

came here, waited 45 mins for 2 hard tacos….there was no one in the restaurant but us…then they forgot the meat for all the beef tacos and i didn’t notice till i got home… so upset. terrible experience and won’t be a returning customer. Zero stars !

Went in to have some simple combo. After waiting for 20mins to be served. They had ran out of frys napkins and they keep telling everyone that they will have it in stock with in 30min. Oh can't forget the normal for every 3rd order seems like the orders were wrong, even drive through.
