I purchased a new deep cycle battery that left me stranded in the middle of the lake,it was fully charged and only lasted 20 minutes took it back and many phone calls and visits later waited almost 2 months just to get another bad battery that over heated and almost burnt down my shop. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them as this is not my first problem with them.

Bought a brand new Legend 16 XTE Sport from this dealership a couple weeks ago. I was originally in a process of purchasing one from Legend Barrie, however the lack of passing information, i was not thrilled with and decided to shop around else where. i contacted Advance Marine and spoke with Rob. Rob was very thorough and got the boat ordered ASAP and was able to pick it up after about 3 weeks. At one point during this process i felt that it was going side ways like it did with Legend Barrie, but when i brought my concerns up to Rob, he acknowledged them, took accountability and made sure that from there on out, it was a smooth/headache-free process. Even during my pick up, Rob was very apologetic that we had a slight bump in the road. Nonetheless Rob was very knowledgeable & honest and wasn't just trying to make the most money, when i asked him if i should be upgrading to the 90hp instead of the 60hp CT, based on what i plan on doing with the boat he recommended that the 60hp CT is more than enough. Thanks again Rob, cant wait to have tight lines all summer!

I just picked up my new boat from Advanced Marine and I'm extremely happy with the boat and the way I was treated. I first dealt with Christina, she was very helpful as she provided me with all the information needed and more. Christina always returned my emails quickly and always had an answer for all my questions. Then Rob worked with me in helping me choose the perfect boat/motor for me and my family. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and made this process for a new boat owner very easy, he promised me the boat would be ready for pick up on a certain date, I was so excited when he called me that the boat was ready before the date. When I arrived to pick up my boat it was a rainy day but that didn't stop Rob from spending the proper time needed to show and explain to me everything I needed to know in the rain.It has been absolutely a pleasure to deal with Advanced Marine and I want the thank Christina and Rob for being a part of making a long life dream of being a boat owner come true!!!

Considering this was the most expensive purchase to date next to my house, it was absolutely the worst experience. I thought I hated the boat until I stopped dealing with these people. Once they had my deposit they were impossible to get a hold of, even the day I was supposed to pay for the boat and take possession. I actually waited several hrs before they even got back to me to tell me it wasn’t ready.I wish I had ran away at that point. I bought a boat with a few issues but one great example of my last straw was them charging me to fix the glovebox that fell out of the replacement helm they put in on warranty.They held my boat on ransom at the beginning of the season so I paid over 400 for warranty work and learned my lesson.Anyone slightly handy can see the glue on the glovebox wasn’t properly applied.I have zero confidence in the service department and hope I never need to go backI would leave negative stars if I could.

good price, only downside was I had to clean out boat including removing packaging tape and styrofoam padding. Salesman was good.

Well...when you hire a company to go over your new boat and make it water ready" that should be what you get! Driving an hour to get it out on the water only to discover there is no plug is disappointing...to say the least...they refused to take responsibility for it...when you ask for water ready we felt that was what we should have gotten...doesn't help when you show up to pickup your boat that they've also misplaced the keys ...just not a great experience... Management argued that they did their job.."

I am extremely happy with my experience buying my Yamaha 200 HP outboard at Advanced Marine. Mark was always professional and courteous. The two mechanics that greeted me when I picked up my boat were very helpful and did an excellent job installing my motor. They even beefed up my transom for the large motor. My motor is running fantastic with no issues. One very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work !

First of all I seldom write reviews. Either a very bad experience or a very good experience. Thankfully I can say this was a great experience. Purchased a 2023 cfmoto 600 touring on April 29 and took delivery on May 5. Guys showed a lot patience with me as I went back and forth between the 400 and 600 model for about a month before deciding. Big thanks to Mark and Rob for the help deciding. Another big thanks to Christina for making the purchase go smoothly.Thanks Jason Pickett
