Western Union
Disgustingly disrespectful. The Western Union representive that I spoke to at 8:30pm on 03/18/19 should not be working in customer service. She hung the up the phone as I was speaking and was terribly rude. Her behaviour, unfortunately, reflects poorly on Western Union, which I was previously attempting to receive services from. I will not support this location but I hope that she learns from this instance and grows as person who treats others with a basic standard of human dignity. Customer service representatives need to be accountable for their behaviour and that they do not have license to treat people as less than human.
