Went there last year to shop for the new Sienna but due to global supply crisis we didn't made a deal but Tarah was very helpful. Service team was snobby and qouted me $180 for AC recharged but after the work was done I was charged $250. Parts guy is awesome to deal with, He take his time to explain the product and shared some inputs. Since then, I buy OEM toyota parts from them but service the vehicle myself.
