Applied for a management position - treated (and paid) like a front line staff. Horrible work hours, the job did not match the description and the staff turnover was horrendous. Some of the youth had issues far beyond the capabilities of the house mothers/ leaders could handle, staff seemed uninterested in their work and ultimately the kids are the ones who pay the price.

Stay away, worst place I have worked. I feel worse for the kids as it come at their expense. Owner should just retire, instead doing all this funny business.

One director spends 9month out of the year in Phillipino. The other director spends half the week at the cottage with her boyfriend. As the result, the organization is poorly operated. Staff are often trapped into working consecutive shift, because the director cant find anyone else to cover. The kids in these home are often bored with nothing to do, which often leads them to cause trouble. Too much risk , no reward. Minimum wage, no benefits, no room to grow. You have been warned.
