This daycare is unorganized, rude and incompetent. I have never dealt with such terrible service regarding my child. I had been in contact with the director for about 4 months through calls and text trying to get forms and information. Finally I was fed up with not getting any results so I went to pick up registration forms they said it had to be sent via email, so I gave them my email for the third time and they finally sent me the forms. I filled them out and sent them back, didn’t hear from them for months so I showed up in person and they said “we don’t accept electronic copies”…. You’d think a simple reply to my email months back would have been the right protocol. On top of them being extremely difficult to deal with, they have no idea who is in their care. I have gone to this daycare in person multiple times and they have just let me in, no questions asked, no child registered with them. Just let me walk right into the facility during the day with all the children inside. I am so happy I have decided to go elsewhere for childcare as this is the experience I’ve had even before my child got to go to this facility.

In response to other reviews about this facility, I felt compelled to provide a review. I have had two children at this facility (one current and one just finished). This place is absolutely incredible. My children are loved, well cared for, happy and their development has been incredible. The staff are welcoming, professional and caring. I have complete trust and faith in this daycare facility. I've been to many in Barrie, including some very high-end daycare, and this place has stood above them allYes, the registration process can be improved. However, that is a small and insignificant part of daycare operations. They excel at the important part, caring and nurturing children. Also, their staff retention has been very impressive. They do not staff leaving, enabling your child to develop long-lasting relationships throughout their early years.10 out of 10!
