Bought a set of knipex pliers online. Was overall pretty painless experience. Tools arrived as described and was the lowest price I could find so all in all very happy.Only improvement I could see is that it takes them multiple days (4 in my case) to process and ship the order. If they were able to ship next day it would improve the experience. Overall I would recommend

If you're looking for a tool family. These guys got your back. Always a pleasure coming here. Just watch your wallet (or don't, I'm not judging)I picked up a Diamondback tool belt, Zach spent all the time with me insuring I have the best possible setup for the work that I do.Test fitting and making sure that everything fits your needs is vital to your comfort on the job site. Great selection of tools, accessories, replacement parts and so much more than you could imagine a store could would fit for so many different useful products. If your going, plan at least a few hours. You'll need it to look at all the cool things. Any staff will be able to help or at least bring you to someone who can if you have any questions

Thanks to Mike and the crew at Atlas I’m really pleased with my new cannon bar, chain, helper hand and extension to the grandburg Alaskan saw mill. I am running the chain with 177 links now with the 661c with the 66” cannon bar and helper handle. I hope this review helps someone else with there set up as the bar calls for 180 links.

Great selection of tools with competitive prices.However, be cautious when ordering online from them. I want to return my side pouch that a standard size tape won't fit in, they emailed me back saying there is a $10 restocking fee for returns, and items require to be untouched with tags still attached. Next time I will order from Home Depot. They'll price match, and accept returns with no issues.

I have been shopping at atlas for awhile and have always been very pleased with the experience. Just recently i had an issue with a product and was not able to get a response from the company. After contacting atlas about my issue they took it upon themselves to sort out my issue. Not only did they get it sorted out they resolved the matter very promptly and kept me informed as they dealt with the manufacturer. I recommend shopping at atlas to all my coworkers, friends and family.

Review update!I’m updating this review just to point that my problem was solved and it would not be fair to leave it like this.Fortunately Atlas helped me solving this issue.As a client after all this time, I’m ok with the solution proposed, but, anyway I will still leave the first part of the review bellow, because that was really the way I felt before the solution.Congrats to both companies for reaching out for me and apologizing recognizing the gap and doing all possible to solve it.I know there are mix responsibilities here. Atlas as the seller and Greenworks as the manufacturer but honestly, for us as a customer this is not very clear situation, so even thought my problem was solved, I feel like it was only solved due this bad review made here on google.So I thank both Atlas and Greenworks for finding a solution for me, but I would still leave as a feedback:- Very Very first on the SAQ rep, I think the team that receives customer’s calling needs to be able to provide good information and also empathy for the customer facing any pain related to their products or service.- It is crucial to have proper timelines and proactive updates on the status of customer’s requests. It is really bad when you have a problem and there is no clue on when or how it will be resolved.- Clear responsibility alignment between seller and manufacturer. You can not be asking the customer to reach the other just because you don’t want to deal with the problem.Be accountable for your customers.Don’t wait to the point of getting a bad review on google.___________________________________________Original review!The worst customer service in the world, I’ve never experienced something so disrespectful like this.I Bought a snow thrower, it arrived not working, I asked for support and it is already 3 weeks that no one knows how to solve it for me.Never used, assembled exactly as the Manuel says.I call the factory, they say it is atlas responsibility, I call atlas they say it is the factory rep responsibility, the Quebec rep says it is Ontario Rep responsibility, Ontario Rep says it is Quebec rep responsibility.And it keeps going round and round and I have a 3.000 CAD$ snow thrower that does not work in my leaving room for 3 weeks already.

Recently made an online purchase and couldn’t be happier with the ease of navigating for all my tools and the checkout was a breeze . One of the items was sold out on the website but after a call to the store the staff was super helpful and were able to locate one last one for me and tag it to my order . The Occidental tool belt rig & stiletto hammer is everything I thought it would be and more , very high quality. Everything was delivered within 5 days and I live 1400kms away .
